The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will host a wild horse pick up event for 4-H club members Wednesday, June 4, at the Eastern Idaho Fairgrounds in Blackfoot at 3 p.m. The public is welcome to attend, as ten youth members representing 4-H clubs from Oneida to Teton counties will select wild horse yearlings for their summer training project.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will hold a two-day wild horse and burro event in Lawrence, Kan., May 30-31, at the Douglas County Fairgrounds.

BLM Wyoming is planning to hold a wild horse adoption event at the Dakota Thurston County Fairgrounds, May 30-31, 2025. The event will be 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with up to 32 wild horses present during the event.

The BLM will host a wild horse and burro placement event, offering a limited number of excess animals gathered from western rangelands, May 29-31, 2025, at the Morrisville Western Training Arena in Morrisville, New York.

The Bureau of Land Management’s Kemmerer Field Office is excited to host the Showdown at the Badlands, a high-adrenaline motorcycle event that is part of the Rockwell Pro Hillclimb Series. The event will take place Saturday and Sunday May 24-25, 2025, at the Bridger Off-Highway Vehicle Area, also known as the Badlands, located southeast of Mountain View, Wyoming, off Highway 414.
