BLM Issues Decision on Laskey-Clifton ROW
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has signed a decision, based on a categorical exclusion review (DOI-BLM-ORWA-C000-2027-0002-CE), to authorize a reciprocal right-of-way grant to the Laskey-Clifton Corp. The grant would authorize use over existing roads to provide access to the proponent to their rock quarry.
The proposed action is to authorize use of existing access roads across public lands and BLM-controlled roads for 9,317 feet (1.76 miles) in length and 30 feet in width, totaling 642 acres.
The decision record was posted to ePlanning on October 14, 2026, which initiates the 30-day appeal period. Appeals must be filed in accordance with applicable regulations and must be received by the normal close of business on November 16, 2026.
The decision record and categorical exclusion can be found at Laskey-Clifton ROW on ePlanning.
